Scam.
Product arrived with missing part. The staff said they never mentioned such part was included. The part was included and shown in the official video of the manufacturer. Sent me a returned product and denied part missing. Asked me to pay my own postage to return. Dirty trick of selling and hope customers to keep defect products with high return postage fee. Report to ACCC.
