I ordered from Portugal Vineyards twice. Both orders arrived late - one was three weeks late, one was one week late. One order contained three wrong vintages - I ordered expensive wines where vintage is very important (they offered to pick up the wrong wines, but didn't offer to return shipping costs). One wine that I ordered was unavailable - I selected a slightly cheaper wine in that place. I had to write 3 messages for them to return the money difference - it took a month. All of this and not one apology - just dry formal messages. Overall poor and amateurish service. I do not recommend doing business here.
