ive been using portugal vineyards for two years and have been pleased with all wines ive ordered, but today i received a bill from DHL,the delivery company saying they had to pay the duties on my shipment government taxes and duties vat etc, my original bill was 82 euros, which i paid portugal vineyards, now this bill is for £96,90, Because of this it will be my last order, its also happened to other customers in my area.
