A friend put me onto this firm a while ago and since then I have enjoyed a variety of great wines at a really keen price. Nothing has ever gone wrong with the delivery despite the long journey. Suffice to say, I don't buy wine in supermarkets any more. I can't comment on returns as I have never had to do so.
