I have used Printerinks as my ink cartridge suppliers for many years. They are very fast, very well priced and totally reliable. Recently I have dealt with 'John' concerning a new printer I have bought which requires different cartridges from my old one. I had immediate help from John, taking back my unused items that were standing by to be used in the older printer and which were unsuitable for the new one. I'm sure I'll be using the credit note he is giving me very shortly.
