“The inks are not compatible with my Epson printer,I did think that they were Epson cartridges but obviously not and I am not impressed with them”

“I ordered printer ink on December 26th but did not receive my order due to a problem with the delivery company. Printerinks did their best to resolve the problem but sadly I had to make the decision to buy my inks elsewhere. However Printerinks are refunding my money and I have been pleased with their customer service.”

“I would be happy to write a positive review if I had anything to review! It is now over a week since I ordered ink cartridges from Printerinks but they haven't arrived yet and I have no indication of when they might be arriving. If they don't come tomorrow I will need to go into town, about 15 miles away, to buy some there as I need to print some copies from my computer urgently.”

“Ordered 5th January. Order has not arrived yet. Contacted you by email on Friday, 9th. Issue sent to the procurement team—nothing more received. Evri doesn’t function well in our area. It has apparently been received by them but it has not reached my door. Please attend to this promptly. I need the ink!”

“It's nice to find a company that puts customer care before profit margins, I made an error in my last order and when I contacted Printerinks their response was of the "old school" response, they were happy to put right my ordering error, would recommend them every time.”
