Inks arrived ptomptly but no returns bag included although shown on documention. Please send empties return bag.

Very efficient site to order printer cartridges and very good returns policy. Up to 180 days from date of purchhase if unopened items in their original packing can be returned if your printer fails or no longer in use.

Refunds - Difficult

Atrocious; order placed 20 April for 4 HP Toners. One received 23 April. Others not received. Numerous attempts to call support line; generally on hold. Two calls cot through, one to a supervisor, which promised to sort; nothing happened. Have requested £329 refund.

You could not supply branded ink cartridges and could not tell me when you could supply. I wrote to you, twice via your website, requesting a refund for two "compatible" cartridges which my printer would not accept. The cartridges are still unopened in their original packaging. To date no reply. I've since sourced the required branded cartridges elsewhere with a next delivery. Please refund.

Since placing an order over a week ago, I have not been able to get any information about the status of my order, the customer support service is clearly some form of chat bot, the telephone number results in reaching a call centre who seem unable to provide any information. None existent customer service. It now seems likely action will be necessary to obtain a full refund. I advise extreme caution in any dealings with this company
