I have still not received my order. The address on my order was correct but I later received a request for confirmation because the courier had been given an incorrect house number. I have since received numerous “ tracking information” from DPD “giving conflicting info but still no ink, no apology and no refund. I would not order from you again or recommend your customer service to anyone else.

I sent off my order Friday 28th November delivery was meant to be 2-3 days tommorrow is Sunday 7th December which has no deliveries and I have still not received my order. I sent an e-mail to Printerinks 2 days ago and they have not had the decency to reply. I dread to think what the standard of the ink I will receive if it comes at all. This has caused me lots of problems as my ink has run out and I desparately needed to print things off If this were a decent company I would expect a apology and a refund for my troubles but I do not expect any contact or anyone to read this revue
