Why promise and charge a premium for next day delivery when you are fairly certain that the Royal Mail cannot deliver the service. Why does it take 7-10 days to refund the money charged but it takes only a nano-second to atke the initial payment? Shoddy service.

I ordered an Original Brother cartridge (black), which was delivered next day: EXCELLENT. HOWEVER, this was to replace a "Compatible" Brother cartridge which I had ordered previously from Printerinks, which DIDN'T WORK, despite being assured by Printerinks that it would. The Original Brother cartridge works perfectly. I wait to see whether the colour "compatible" cartridges, also previously ordered from Printerinks, work in my printer.If they do not work,I hope I will receive a refund from Printerinks

Not happy withthe explnation, I requested a refund, but they simply sent another email stating the right cartridge had been sent.

I am sorry to say that I have found the service provided to be totally inadequate I accept that I probably made the error when placing the order but since the initial reporting the issue I have been ignored The initial response, after reporting the error, was to request a photo of the wrong ink cartridges to confirm they had not been opened following which you would advise where to return them to and details regarding the refund (approx £60) Since providing the requested photo I have heard nothing

Ordered ink on the 17th April. Despite taking into consideration the Bank Holiday, over a week later I have still not received my order and according to my account it is still processing. Usually, Printerinks are more effiecient so I am disappointed and have requested a cancellation and refund.

Sent the wrong item and still waiting for a refund or exchange for correct item. Not happy at all, won't be using again or recommending to anyone.

If you have to cancel an order expect a long wait for any refund payment. I paid by PayPal but had to cancel the order the same day due to my printer not accepting supposed compatible cartridges. It took over a month for Printerinks to return the money to my PayPal account.

Having contacted Printerinks they agreed that I could return the cartridges and would get a refund.

I haven't received the printer inks yet so can't comment on the quaility but so far, I have had the following: - ordered on 31st Dec (so undertand the timing is affected by NYD) and paid for 48 hours delivery - recieved an email to track but was given a tracking number but not told where (which company) to track it with so I had to search myself - on 6th Jan Royal Mail tracking showed they hadnt' received it yet - 7th Jan I recieved an email to review the service (still hadn't received parcel) - 8th Jan - tracking link on Royal Mail wasn't working for me - 8th Jan - spoke to Customer Services for Printerinks (gentleman was very professional and polite) - they had to use the Royal Mail tracking to inform me it would be delivered on 9th Jan - this is 6 business days after my order was place - Customer Services have agreed to refund the £0.

Purchased on Christmas Day, did not get dispatch email until after I emailed and queried on 2nd Jan. Paid for 24 hour Tracked delivery. Was sent using 48 Hour. Still have not recieved a refund for the incorrect shipping and not recieved a reply to my follow up email. Unprofessional response. Won't be using again.
