Unfortunately your on line system ignored my input saying that my billing address and delivery address were different. You therefore delivered to my address in Hertfordshire rather than the address in Devon where I am requiring printer inks! So not helpful al all. Messages sent and received did not improve any thing as I am not able to return the parcel and I don't trust that the same mistake wouldn't happen again. Kay

Speed of delivery was excellent but the quality of the packing was very poor. The box was far too big for the contents, which were bounced around and damaged in transit. There was no packing to avoid movement, the covering of the ream of paper was torn and open and 2 of the ink cartridge boxes were crushed. Luckily none of the contents were damaged enough to be unusable

After years of good service the last 2 orders have been poor. Delivery of goods has been shoddy with no direct contact between the delivery team on a time/date and no note that an attempt to deliver had been made to my address

priter would not except cartridges no matter what i did in the end threw them away and ordered from hp ink.

Took 15 days to deliver, and only then after many e mails. There is no telephone contact for customer services.

on the last 2 ocassions that I ordered some ink from Printerinks I have had problems, the first time the package was put through the house next door which is empty and more recently I was sent the wrong package

Ordered a print cartridge on Monday and paid for next day delivery, the cartridge arrived Friday lunchtime. The staff were apologetic and friendly but a 4 day wait on a "next day" delivery isn't ok. Perhaps it was an Evri problem.....

I purchased 2 cartridges of remanufactured canon ink and so little ink was refilled i now have to purchase the ink all over again which was very poor value for money. Have requested another set to ompensate and raised a complaint

Generally I have had good service from Printerinks - The service is good and usually inks are delivered promptly. However this time my experience has been different, I purchased 6 genuine Canon inks for my new printer, paid for all 6 but only received 5. Despite querying it immediately 4 days later I have heard nothing. A website shoulds not have items for sale that are not actually in stock.

Received 2, H305 cartridges 1 black, 1 coloured, both re manufactured . Coloured cartridge accepted by HP DeskJet 2820e. Black cartridge not accepted. You sent me another Black ' high quality' re manufactured cartridge, this was not accepted either. I then purchased a genuine HP cartridge from you , this worked OK , so not a printer issue. Hope this is helpful. NB You did try , I ran out of patience. Regards David Lloyd

I ordered 2 Canon cartridges but only one was delivered. I contacted the customer service team and got a quick response saying that my request has been escalated to the procurement team. That was on thee 1st April. I contacted the customer service teaam again on 4th April as I had heard nothing It is now 6th April and I have still heard nothing. Poor response. I am astill waiting for my missing cartridge

Sent the wrong item and still waiting for a refund or exchange for correct item. Not happy at all, won't be using again or recommending to anyone.

I have placed my order after reading the positive feedback and the promises of delivery within two to three days and sometimes it may takes five days. Unfortunately its now over ten days passed and I still haven't got my order?. What I find absating that you want a feedback regarding your service!

If you have to cancel an order expect a long wait for any refund payment. I paid by PayPal but had to cancel the order the same day due to my printer not accepting supposed compatible cartridges. It took over a month for Printerinks to return the money to my PayPal account.
