No Problem with the PrinterInks. Very dissointed with the lack of customer services. I was charged more than advertised and could not speak to a human. The drated chat box was completely useless. Poorly rated due to lack of customer service.

Only part of my order was delivered. The part that was delivered was on the 3rd attempt, because the driver wasn't allowed to post it through the letter box or leave it in a safe place.. so I had to cancel commitments to be in to personally receive it. I still have not received the other part of my order

Having purchased regularly from Printerinks I have found that - of their compatible ink cartridges - quite often one or another either leaks or cannot be properly fitted into place in my printer. I note they are guaranteed free from defects but that is simply not the case. To return those items and pay for the postage, packaging etc is as much as the item singularly might cost, therefore not worth the cost and thereby not worth the effort. It is unlikely that I shall purchase much, if anything, from Printerinks again.

I ordered two hp 305 cartridges hoping to take advantage of the 3 for 2 offer sent to me by email. I received the two cartridges but not the promised third. Why?

As a new customer I was annoyed by the promotional offers. Discounts were not clearly stated and as I wanted original inks did not apply to my order.

Product fine, be aware of being overcharged , I added a discount code, when I paid I was charged full price! My email regarding this was never answered.

I am extremely frustrated at the lack of response to my problem, I have only rxed part of my order & I am still awaiting a response to my question as to when I will receive the balance of my order & the question as to why I was not informed that the part of the order missing was out of stock at the point of purchase giving me the option of seeking other companies that could provide me with the option of purchasing the missing items immediately & as a result I cannot at present use my printer as the printer will not allow this since one of the inks has run out.

Hi Mr R I Paterson, Thank you for your review. Our sincere apologises that you have not received all of your order on time. We always look to make sure our stock listings on our website are accurate. Unfortunately due to multiple orders for the same cartridges arriving at around the same time as your order a few of the cartridges from your order became out of stock just as the order was made. Although rare, if this does happen an email is automatically sent straight away to inform our customers of this and where possible an ETA for when the cartridges will be back in stock. Most of our stock is replenished within days of an item going into out of stock status and we then always expedite delivery of those out of stock items in order for them to be delivered as quickly as possible and in majority of cases within the delivery timescale originally provided. Our team have been chasing the ETA for your order with our supplier and warehouse team and have replied to your email with the ETA for delivery of the outstanding remaining cartridges and these will be with you in the next few days. Wrong ink selected by your ordering dept. I opened the ink packet not knowing it was incorrect, and it having been opened it has not been reimbursed.

Hi, I'm a little confused by this review, but would like to get the situation resolved to your satisfaction. I can see that you made an order online in January for ink that was not suitable for your MG2550 printer, returned it and were credited for the full order value. A new order was made over the phone using the return credit, and the agent who helped you with this definitely selected ink that matches up with your printer. We don't appear to have heard from you since the replacement cartridges were delivered last week. If there is any issue with the new order, please get in touch and tell us what went wrong so that we can fix it. The information that I have available indicates that the initial problem was resolved, but if that's not the case I'd like to rectify the situation. Regards John

No way of contacting Printerinks to ask why the black ink cartridge received a few days ago is incompatible with our Canon printer. A colour & black cartridge was ordered - but the black one is useless. Printerinks telephone number is not recognised.

We are so sorry to hear that you had an issue with your black cartridge from your order and could not seem to get through to us on the telephone and apologise for this. Our telephone number 020 8181 4010 is active Monday to Friday 9 am to 7pm. We can also be contacted on our chat service that can be accessed on our webpage as well as emailing us. Although a very rare event, cartridge issues can be resolved by some very quick, easy to use trouble shooting which our expert technical team will be happy to provide and assist you in resolving an issue. Our customers also have the comfort of knowing that they are covered by our years warranty on our ink and toner cartridges, so if we cannot fix the issue we will send a replacement straight away. The cartridge arrived fairly quickly but unfortunately my printer will not accept it. My IT consultant, who I asked to check the connection for me said that the printer said print head should be inserted, though I had bought a cartridge with a print head. The number on the cartridge was the same as I had before.

It is very rare for cartridges to fail and usually cartridge issues are easily resolved with some simple trouble shooting which are uncomplicated and take a few minutes to do. We have sent an email to your email address requesting some further information so we can assist you in getting the cartridge working. As your cartridge is under our years warranty, we will send a replacement cartridge straight away for you if in the rare event that the trouble shooting does not work. Kind Regards John
