“Cartridge came was very old stock , when I released orange cap it was corrosive , had to use it, price was way over the top £64 for 2 black cartridges.... i WAS a rerturn customer of many time , no more....”

“Order placed and ready for dispatch BUT delivery is with Evri how took 4 days to pick up the order and then lost the order. This is not unusual with Evri Order placed on 2nd Jan still waiting on 8th Jan 25”

“This is the second time where I have ordered and got the confirmation email and then .... nothing. After a quick call to customer services I'm told that they are waiting on a delivery and then lo and behold the item is delivered 2 days later. It's like they wait to see if you complain before actually sending your order! That being said, no problem with the order itself when it finally arrived and unbeatable on price.”

“Too complicated for my simple brain to comprehend. Keep getting offers vouchers but when I try to redeem them they never apply to goods I am purchasing. Not your fault luddite not silver surfer. Just go to local shop, simpler and easier perhaps bit more expensive”

“Can't judge Printerinks as still waiting for goods as sent by Evri, so still waiting after 8 days. They have said they have tried to deliver 4 times but haven't, including once when they gave me a delivery time, but one minute later (before the 2 hour slot) said they had been unable to deliver, & I was in the whole time.”

“Very unhappy with (non) delivery. Items ordered 19 Nov dispatched 20th Nov, to date 25 Nov not received. Message from DPD saying there is a problem with my local depot. Unable to find phone number for my local depot in Irlam. Phoned DPD customer service 4 times and just get recorded message!”

“I do not know why you ask for feedback, and when one give you an honest feedback as they see it, one gets negative response from agent involve and the agent involve gets revengeful by not responding positive and speedily. I have now taken my case to PayPal to recover my refund. I started feeling quite positive towards printerinks even though my first order went wrong. now I will be very hesitant to place future order with printerinks, because it appears that certain agent working for printerinks has a bad attitude. still waiting for my refund.”

“Saw that alternative cartridges were much cheaper but choose the more expensive option! When they arrived they were not what i expected, the yellow arrived in two different style (make) cartons, the black were also different to others, none were as the order suggested!”
