This is the second time where I have ordered and got the confirmation email and then .... nothing. After a quick call to customer services I'm told that they are waiting on a delivery and then lo and behold the item is delivered 2 days later. It's like they wait to see if you complain before actually sending your order! That being said, no problem with the order itself when it finally arrived and unbeatable on price.
