I do not know why you ask for feedback, and when one give you an honest feedback as they see it, one gets negative response from agent involve and the agent involve gets revengeful by not responding positive and speedily. I have now taken my case to PayPal to recover my refund. I started feeling quite positive towards printerinks even though my first order went wrong. now I will be very hesitant to place future order with printerinks, because it appears that certain agent working for printerinks has a bad attitude. still waiting for my refund.
