“Sometimes the inks don't work. They either don't register or don't work. It becomes tedious asking for a refund, it's almost not worth the effort. I've got two now in my possession that don't work at a cost of 65 quid or more. I know nobody will contact me to help replace them as it's what I have come to expect, and if they did I dread the slow replies and lack of faith that their inferior product could have a fault. Won't be using going forwards. Also don't bank on the next day delivery as it won't turn up.”

“Bought 2 black cartridges and one tri colour and 1 black cartridge does not work when doing painting test page the colour only shows. Changed cartridge from which it now works. I think one is faulty.”

“Bought two inks to get third free but not so just got two inks. Not sure what has gone wrong. I have asked the question but as yet no reply to my e Mail. Find this very poor performance for this size of company.”

“I have purchased printerink cartridges satisfactorily for many years but none of the the latest order (HP973XLs) magenta cartridges work.I tried two - same problem with both. I had a similar problem with some earlier ones. I still also have 2 unopened packs. They each generate an error message telling me to refit them! It doesn't work! I tried a spare Cartridge People magenta cartidge - works perfectly. Also your emails to me cause Outlook to crash!!!! I tried using your chatbot - USELESS!!! It is only programmed to deal with standard queries. Refund me please.”

“Thought I was ordering a buy 2 get one free offer but didn't realise I had to put an offer code in at checkout. This option was poorly displayed and I feel SEEN OFF Disappointed with Printerink, not impressed at all”

“I was a regular customer of Printerinks for their products. however on more than one occasion I ordered goods specifically for a make and model of printer and the items which arrived were wrong for that type of machine, despite my ordering correctly. Overall some good bargains but not reliable as a provider.”

“First time customer. Ordered ink on a 1/2 day delivery. Got notification that ink had been dispatched. Delivery notification didn't specify who was delivering. Delivery notification said it had failed ,no idea what problem was. Same next day . Got in touch , quick reply and was advised if I got in touch with parcel force I could rearrange delivery . Phoned parcel force - tracking number not recognised, tried online still not recognised. Emailed printerinks again . It wasn't parcel force it was DPD . Was told via phone by printerinks it would be delivered that day . No it wasn't requested refund , which I'm waiting on , hopefully get refund soon ? Hasn't even been confirmed refund being processed. Parcel company said they tried to deliver 2 consecutive days - no card or contact from them . As a first time customer very disappointed in this . At this moment no ink and no refund !!!!”

“I do not understand why your initial delivery attempt failed. I had to check with you the address and post code that I originally suppllied as correct for no reason. Also I was confused to be supplied by yourselves when I thought I had ordered from Canon. Did you highjacked the order?”

“I have used your printer ink for years but I recently purchased a black cartridge from you and my machine won't accept it. I can see a visible difference in the two cartridges ie the old one which fits and the new one which doesn't. I have been offered a replacement but for the future I may have to shop elsewhere.”

“Order no. 22343145 Not at all impressed with Printerinks: I ordered a four-colour set for my HP Office Jet Pro 9010 printer-scanner but the inks that I received were quite different and there was certainly no way they would fit my printer! The irony is that that the on-screen delivery note that came with them did include a small colour picture of the correct set. As things are now my work is at a standstill so I hope that you will correctly fill my order as soon as possible. I cannot afford to lose £94.03. GH”

“Had a query over my order, printerinks ignored two online messages and two emails over a period of almost three weeks. I eventually rang them and the issue was resolved. I'd suggest people just ring and don't bother wasting time and effort with other contact methods.”
