I have purchased printerink cartridges satisfactorily for many years but none of the the latest order (HP973XLs) magenta cartridges work.I tried two - same problem with both. I had a similar problem with some earlier ones. I still also have 2 unopened packs. They each generate an error message telling me to refit them! It doesn't work! I tried a spare Cartridge People magenta cartidge - works perfectly. Also your emails to me cause Outlook to crash!!!! I tried using your chatbot - USELESS!!! It is only programmed to deal with standard queries. Refund me please.
