First time customer. Ordered ink on a 1/2 day delivery. Got notification that ink had been dispatched. Delivery notification didn't specify who was delivering. Delivery notification said it had failed ,no idea what problem was. Same next day . Got in touch , quick reply and was advised if I got in touch with parcel force I could rearrange delivery . Phoned parcel force - tracking number not recognised, tried online still not recognised. Emailed printerinks again . It wasn't parcel force it was DPD . Was told via phone by printerinks it would be delivered that day . No it wasn't requested refund , which I'm waiting on , hopefully get refund soon ? Hasn't even been confirmed refund being processed. Parcel company said they tried to deliver 2 consecutive days - no card or contact from them .
As a first time customer very disappointed in this . At this moment no ink and no refund !!!!
