“order executed efficiently Product to be used before i can assess”

“Printerlinks are usually very good. However was not impressed by the delivery service. The driver was due on the Friday, claimed he tried to deliver, but we were in and no knock on him the door. When delivery came on Saturday, the driver did not knock on the door but was going to leave the parcel on the ground. He gave no explanation and walked off without looking at us.”

“I have not yet needed to use any of the cartridgeas purchased. Iam still using the ones I purchased earlier but as those as the new ones purchased were all supplied by Printerinks I have not had any problems. Iam very satisfied with these catridges”

“The website is clear and maks it easy to select the correct cartridge from the wide range available. Delivered in just a few days - but in the spirit of reducing needless waste why no provision for returning/recycling the empty cartridge. My supplier of some years ago always included a box and returns address lable for this very purpose.”

“Normally brillaint service but I did have to chase my order up this time. However, once I'd used their on line chat assistant who said they would chase up my order it arrived within 2 days so obviosly just a glitch on this occasion”

“Very Good: Website that makes it pretty reasy to find what you want. Good: Quality of generic inks. Good: Prices are good. Good: Asistance with getting non-proprietary inks to work Not so good: Sometimes the generic cartridges don't fit - and they won't always take them back. Not so good: Multiple special offers which really confuse. I just want to buy my ink at the best price and usually manage to miss out on the special this and that. Let's just have a best price! Useful: They will take used cartridges back and will give back a small amount, which is useful.”
