“As always I was pleased with the cartridges and the quickness of their dispatch and arrival It was very good to have the 25% off my order as well as It meant that I was able to order an extra one”

“I was advised my order would arrive in 2-3 days. After 5 days I sent an email to Printerinks advising I had not received my order. I did nkt get a reply to my email, I then telephonedand was told my order had been delivered 3 days previously. The adviser sent me a copy of the photograph they had received from DPD. I evdntually traced the packet. At no.time did DPD contact me or leave a card telling mewhere the packet. It had been sitting outside for 3 days”

“Good site to negotiate. Quick delivery, though evri driver was just going to leave package on doorstep and sod off without ringing doorbell, and when asked politely if he would have rung doorbell, just grunted and dashed back to van. Not good.”

“Easy ordering of cartridges becaiuse the system 'remembers' what has been ordered in the past. Delivery took 6 days though, despite a 2/3 day delivery expectation”

“Orered printer ink and within few days it as delivered. Cannot comment on the quality of the ink as it is not used yet. However as the previous inks were of good quality this must be the case with the latest purchase. The price of the ink seems reasonable with their reductions.”

“It was hard to order as i didn’t know why it wouldn’t let me order them. I thought you ordered 2 and they gave you another one free but it wasn’t you had to order 3 and pay for 2”

“Just to complain about the delivery by Evri; small package dumped over the gate among the leaves on the drive in all the weather. Couldn't be bothered to open the gate, walk to the porch which is always left open for deliveries.”

“I welcome any retailer who is able to supply the necessary equipment/materials at best price for my needs; at present,Printerinks is fulfilling this particular process regarding original printer ink to maximise the lifespan of the printer.”
