I was advised my order would arrive in 2-3 days.
After 5 days I sent an email to Printerinks advising I had not received my order. I did nkt get a reply to my email, I then telephonedand was told my order had been delivered 3 days previously. The adviser sent me a copy of the photograph they had received from DPD. I evdntually traced the packet. At no.time did DPD contact me or leave a card telling mewhere the packet. It had been sitting outside for 3 days
