“Having purchased regularly from Printerinks I have found that - of their compatible ink cartridges - quite often one or another either leaks or cannot be properly fitted into place in my printer. I note they are guaranteed free from defects but that is simply not the case. To return those items and pay for the postage, packaging etc is as much as the item singularly might cost, therefore not worth the cost and thereby not worth the effort. It is unlikely that I shall purchase much, if anything, from Printerinks again.”

“I’m still waiting for someone to tell me what to do about the fact that my ins are not compatible. I’ve done everything you suggested to no avail and I’ve sent photos of the inks and if my printer as requested .”
