“I ordered an Original Brother cartridge (black), which was delivered next day: EXCELLENT. HOWEVER, this was to replace a "Compatible" Brother cartridge which I had ordered previously from Printerinks, which DIDN'T WORK, despite being assured by printerinks that it would. The Original Brother cartridge works perfectly. I wait to see whether the colour "compatible" cartridges, also previously ordered from Printerinks, work in my printer.If they do not work,I hope I will receive a refund from Printerinks”

“Printerlinks are usually very good. However was not impressed by the delivery service. The driver was due on the Friday, claimed he tried to deliver, but we were in and no knock on him the door. When delivery came on Saturday, the driver did not knock on the door but was going to leave the parcel on the ground. He gave no explanation and walked off without looking at us.”

“A warning which in no way criticises printerinks products. Their service is excellent as always. I have just purchased a full set of inks for my Canon MG7550 which arrived within a few days of ordering. My printer was displaying a 1405 error code suggesting a printer head fault. After removing the inks and head I thoroughly cleaned the head with cleaning liquid followed by hot water and was satisfied the head was now clear but alas the error persists. The warning being, do not allow inkjet printers to sit idle for long periods as the ink dries and can clog the heads. The cost of the inks would have gone a long way towards a new printer. I have decided due to light use and no longer needing colour, to purchase a laser printer which does not suffer the clogging issue and the toner is available at Printerinks so our association will continue.”

“I placed an order with Printerinks 16 days ago. My bank account was debited immediately. To date, in spite of emails telling me my order has been dispatched, I have received nothing. The customer help page does not work - the chat function does nothing and I got no response to the message board. I have had no satisfactory response to my email inquiries. I have now been forced to buy the ink from elsewhere. Printerinks still have my money.”

“I urgently needed replacement ink cartridges for my Epson printer. I was easily able to find the exact product I needed and for a very small additional delivery charge they arrived the next day. I installed all four and instantly provided excellent printing across a range of colors. The additional black cartridges provided in the package will prove invaluable as I use significantly more black ink than colours.”

“I have not yet needed to use any of the cartridgeas purchased. Iam still using the ones I purchased earlier but as those as the new ones purchased were all supplied by Printerinks I have not had any problems. Iam very satisfied with these catridges”

“The ink burst as i took the tape off the 1st one and My printer ix4000 would not recognize the second one ,I have not chanced the others yet,but i have orderd original ink from cartridge world”
