A warning which in no way criticises printerinks products. Their service is excellent as always. I have just purchased a full set of inks for my Canon MG7550 which arrived within a few days of ordering. My printer was displaying a 1405 error code suggesting a printer head fault. After removing the inks and head I thoroughly cleaned the head with cleaning liquid followed by hot water and was satisfied the head was now clear but alas the error persists. The warning being, do not allow inkjet printers to sit idle for long periods as the ink dries and can clog the heads. The cost of the inks would have gone a long way towards a new printer. I have decided due to light use and no longer needing colour, to purchase a laser printer which does not suffer the clogging issue and the toner is available at Printerinks so our association will continue.
