I placed an order with Printerinks 16 days ago. My bank account was debited immediately. To date, in spite of emails telling me my order has been dispatched, I have received nothing. The customer help page does not work - the chat function does nothing and I got no response to the message board. I have had no satisfactory response to my email inquiries. I have now been forced to buy the ink from elsewhere. Printerinks still have my money.
