“The website is clear and maks it easy to select the correct cartridge from the wide range available. Delivered in just a few days - but in the spirit of reducing needless waste why no provision for returning/recycling the empty cartridge. My supplier of some years ago always included a box and returns address lable for this very purpose.”

“Speed of delivery was excellent but the quality of the packing was very poor. The box was far too big for the contents, which were bounced around and damaged in transit. There was no packing to avoid movement, the covering of the ream of paper was torn and open and 2 of the ink cartridge boxes were crushed. Luckily none of the contents were damaged enough to be unusable”

“Normally brillaint service but I did have to chase my order up this time. However, once I'd used their on line chat assistant who said they would chase up my order it arrived within 2 days so obviosly just a glitch on this occasion”

“I ordered a toner cartridge from PI and it arrived on time etc. I installed it into my printer and worked fine for a few prints until the cartridge broke and deposited toner everywhere inside. I contacted PI and they said they would pay for a new imaging drum and resend a toner. Received the toner but not the cost of replacing the drum despite their assurances and promises. Now they are not responding to emails I send and I am left with an unusable printer.”
