“I will noy use Printer Inks again orf recommend it to others. I ordered 2 cartridges on 6 August and the PrinterInks site stated delivery would be in 2-3 days. They did not arrive until today, 1st September. That is not good customer service”

“Unfortunately your on line system ignored my input saying that my billing address and delivery address were different. You therefore delivered to my address in Hertfordshire rather than the address in Devon where I am requiring printer inks! So not helpful al all. Messages sent and received did not improve any thing as I am not able to return the parcel and I don't trust that the same mistake wouldn't happen again. Kay”
