Second time I've had a arcel lost from Printerinks - should have been delivered Friday and is lost in the Evri system, so I can't even do anything about it for a week. Really not happy and will be the last time I order from you.

Why promise and charge a premium for next day delivery when you are fairly certain that the Royal Mail cannot deliver the service. Why does it take 7-10 days to refund the money charged but it takes only a nano-second to atke the initial payment? Shoddy service.

I placed an order with Printerinks 16 days ago. My bank account was debited immediately. To date, in spite of emails telling me my order has been dispatched, I have received nothing. The customer help page does not work - the chat function does nothing and I got no response to the message board. I have had no satisfactory response to my email inquiries. I have now been forced to buy the ink from elsewhere. Printerinks still have my money.

your inks were not accepted by/compatible with my HP2700 deskjet and so my recent purchase was a waste of money.

The ink burst as i took the tape off the 1st one and My printer ix4000 would not recognize the second one ,I have not chanced the others yet,but i have orderd original ink from cartridge world

I will noy use Printer Inks again orf recommend it to others. I ordered 2 cartridges on 6 August and the PrinterInks site stated delivery would be in 2-3 days. They did not arrive until today, 1st September. That is not good customer service

I ordered a toner cartridge from PI and it arrived on time etc. I installed it into my printer and worked fine for a few prints until the cartridge broke and deposited toner everywhere inside. I contacted PI and they said they would pay for a new imaging drum and resend a toner. Received the toner but not the cost of replacing the drum despite their assurances and promises. Now they are not responding to emails I send and I am left with an unusable printer.

I still have not received my parcel. Your team has shared the wrong address to EVRI which has not attempted to deliver the parcel once but reported it as non-delivered. Still waiting for the redelivery time!

Ordered canon real inks - very expensive really and not much discount- 5%. Order not sent as per the 48 hour free delivery- no correspondence about why? Had to chase using the annoying on line ‘bot’ nothing back for 3 days. Chased again and was told order stuck in Vietnam. Why not told earlier!! Tried to cancel order but it was finally despatched and I received next day. Only got offered £5 discount on next order for all the hassle and my work was affected. Will be looking elsewhere next order

Absolutely been let downwith my last order-never received still waiting since May dispite serveral emails to Alan Knight and printer inks. I await my money back!! Will not use again!!!! Used to be so good!!

I am a returning customer. Usually my orders are fine, but this time instead of sending me a extra large capacity Epsom T1031 cartridge (25.4ml) PrinterInks sent me the much smaller T1291 cartrdge (13ml). When I reached out to customer services they claimed the smaller cartrdige"contained more ink". Not happy withthe explnation, I requested a refund, but they simply sent another email stating the right cartridge had been sent. I won't be using them again!
