I am a returning customer. Usually my orders are fine, but this time instead of sending me a extra large capacity Epsom T1031 cartridge (25.4ml) PrinterInks sent me the much smaller T1291 cartrdge (13ml).
When I reached out to customer services they claimed the smaller cartrdige"contained more ink". Not happy withthe explnation, I requested a refund, but they simply sent another email stating the right cartridge had been sent. I won't be using them again!
