I, like quite a few others have been promised quick delivery and not got it. I made a review, and an update to the review, but neither are appearing here. Makes me think you are removing some bad reviews to distort your overall statistics, not good at all

TP138140107GB THE TWO INKS I PURCHASED WERE NOT DELIVERED ON THE DATE PROMISED ALTHOUGH I RECEIVED A NOTICE THAT THEY WERE DELIVERED ON 20TH. TWO PHONE CALLS AND DELIVERY PROMISED ON 21ST. TODAY IS 25TH I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE INKS. Nouritza MATOSSIAN

Very dissatisfied, placed order went to print receipt printed broke. Rang immediately and cancelled order. Unwantd order arrived

Not a happy bunny at Pleased with delivery not pleased with cartridges £160.75 is lot of money to lose.Had product from you before no problem .This time printer says chip not recognized ,exactly the cartridge as before

i orered and paid for next day delivery, but i didnt get it. instead you gave me the normal service, and this took three days. this service is poor and unacceptable. i doubt i will ever use you servive again. you see i went to my local ??? and got a black cartridge for twenty quid.

Since placing an order over a week ago, I have not been able to get any information about the status of my order, the customer support service is clearly some form of chat bot, the telephone number results in reaching a call centre who seem unable to provide any information. None existent customer service. It now seems likely action will be necessary to obtain a full refund. I advise extreme caution in any dealings with this company

I quickly needed the inks. It was ordered before printinks same day dispatch time. I paid extra for a speedy delivery but contrary to their claims, it was sent out the next day. One day extra that I coulds not send out my work. Never used the site before but will never use it again. You must keep your promises.

Placed an order for 4 cartridges, paid extra for next day delivery and only two cartridges arrived, still waiting 6 days later for the balance of my order! When the order was placed there was no advice that part would be delayed and when the two cartridges were delivered there was no apology that the obligation had only partly been met or an explanation as to why! I had to call customer services and speak to a very nice lady in an Indian call centre who apologised, logged my report and gave me an issue number! This was 4 days ago and since then I have not heard anything more! As a consequence I have had to pay to have the material printed externally! Appalling customer service!

Paid for next day delivery / rush shipping, it was a day later. More than 50% of the cartridges missing from order over two deliveries. Support don't understand what the problem is. Support have then continued to ignore us. Now moved to a different supplier.

Although the order was dispatched on the day you made it there were two delivery attempts to the address you provided according to the couriers tracking page and now the order is being returned to us. Unfortunately I could not locate any emails from you and therefore I have sent you an email requesting confirmation of the address you provided on the order. Although this was dispatched by us on the day you made the order and going by the tracking the there was an an attempt made by the courier to deliver on the next day. Order number 22333435. I am still waiting for the completion of my order but I cannot get a proper answer from your staff. I have tried to speak to a manager but this I have been told is not possible. Seldom have I contacted a company who gives such a poor service. I am still awaiting an answer from your sales staff. I placed an order for these inks with another company and received it in 24 hrs which reflects badly on your organisation.

Hi Barry, Thank you for your review. Our sincere apologies that one of your cartridges was not delivered. We do everything to make sure orders are delivered in full but unfortunately on this occasion there was a delay in the colour cartridge being sent due to a delay in us receiving it from our supplier. Please be assured that our team were working to rectify this and were chasing this with our supplier. We are pleased that this has now been delivered and will look into ways where an issue like this can be avoided in the future so our customers orders are with them in full on time. Kind Regards John

It is very rare for toner cartridges to have an issue and usually this can be fixed by some simple trouble shooting which we will be happy to assist you with. We have sent an email to you requesting some further information, so we can isolate the issue and provide you with the easy to do trouble shooting to resolve this for you and our team will be happy to assist you with this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! THIS COMPANY SELLS INCOMPATIBLE TONER CARTRIDGES BASED ON THEIR WEBSITE SUGGESTIONS THEN TRY TO AVOID REFUNDING YOU BY EMAILING CONSTANTLY FOR PICS/INFO ETC ETC. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Despite contacting several times by phone, live chats, emails, promise was made by your agent Karim to replace a faulty cartridge since 16th August and you are ignoring my phone calls, live chats and emails sent to you. This is so disappointing and what kind of customer service you are providing. I will wait for a couple more days to receive the cartridge and if I did not receive it by Monday. I will contact my credit card company, Financial Ombudsman Services and The Resolver to help us sort this problem. These cartridges are expensive, we are retired people and cannot afford to lose our money. I have kept a copy of our chats and email confirmation from Karim promising to replace the cartridge which I can send to these companies. I would appreciate your help. Thanks Gulshan Munshi Reply

I won't be ordering from them again! Ordered inks from the website which said they were in stock. I received half the order with a dispatch note saying the remainder would follow, but it didn't. I chased printerinks and they said they come from a 3rd party!! and they would look into it. I had to chase several times and was always promised someone would get back to me, they never ever did. I requested a refund but got no response so I have just chased again, and now told I have to wait for the money until they confirm with the 3rd party that the order is canceled. Blown away by how awful this company has dealt with this.
