I ordered this item on the 7th of this month which still hasn't arrived. It is now the 13th and l am now hoping for a credit to be issued by you ASAP.

Wrong order was delivered and there is no customer phone number to call to sort out. I had to email, had one generic reply and nothing has been done to sort it out. Very dissapointing!

Hi there I think Printerinks provide a very good service, ordering is easy, website is fairly easy to navigate, and inks ordered by me in the past excellent, and quick delivery so will continue to use this company in future However this time the inks ordered me are proving to be a bit baffling, as I can't figure out how to fit them in my printer, the instructions are on a tiny peice of paper and wording is microscopic and II have to use a magnify glass to read them and picture and description quite mysterfying so wondering what to do and who to ask for help

I ordered cartridges on 5 feb for next day delivery and paid an additional £2.99 specifically for that day knowing I was away subsequently and could not receive them. Not being in the next day of course delivery was not received and it took 8 days to finally sort and I received them today 13 Feb having to buy alternatives in the meantime

First time ordering, no despatch confirmation, chased parcel turned up 2 missing items, no notification , when challenged despite listing missing items, still not heard regarding resolve for missing items. Full charge taken

You value my feedback I am afraid it is not very good I ordered a set of printer inks in December I received the order without the black ink to be informed I wouldn't receive it until end of January doesn't say much for your stock controller. I have used you before and didn't have a problem what happened this time?? Regards A. Sinclair

The "compatible" cartridges were not compatible with my HP printer. Having contacted printerinks they agreed that I could return the cartridges and would get a refund. They say it is the resposibility of the seller, not them, to arrange the refund. Despite reminders, I have heard nothing back from printerinks who were supposed to be acquiring a return label to send them back and achieve my refund. Pretty appalling service.

I am not sure if you sent the right cartridges. The ones you sent do not have a clip on the top to hold them in place. They just seem to have small knibs. To date I have not needed to replace any existing cartridges so will wait until I need to. Not prpared to make a rating until my need to replace them.

I haven't received the printer inks yet so can't comment on the quaility but so far, I have had the following: - ordered on 31st Dec (so undertand the timing is affected by NYD) and paid for 48 hours delivery - recieved an email to track but was given a tracking number but not told where (which company) to track it with so I had to search myself - on 6th Jan Royal Mail tracking showed they hadnt' received it yet - 7th Jan I recieved an email to review the service (still hadn't received parcel) - 8th Jan - tracking link on Royal Mail wasn't working for me - 8th Jan - spoke to Customer Services for PrinterInks (gentleman was very professional and polite) - they had to use the Royal Mail tracking to inform me it would be delivered on 9th Jan - this is 6 business days after my order was place - Customer Services have agreed to refund the £0.99 for the 48 hour delivery option but it's more disappointing that it has taken so long and I have had to spend a lot of my time trying to track it and things not working. Unfortunatley, not a good experience for us.

Purchased on Christmas Day, did not get dispatch email until after I emailed and queried on 2nd Jan. Paid for 24 hour Tracked delivery. Was sent using 48 Hour. Still have not recieved a refund for the incorrect shipping and not recieved a reply to my follow up email. Unprofessional response. Won't be using again.

The inks I ordered are incompatible with my printer. The packs I ordered are a complete waste of money and in future I will stick with the proper brand even if it costs more.

I ordered 2 ink cartridges as they seemed a better buy than my usual supplier, god communication told me my order accepted and desptached, but after 4 days they have not arrived, the Evri tracker said 'out for delivery on day 3, then delayed, will be delivered next day, no they weren't, the Evri tracker not updated, so now I won't get them until 2025 as we hav efinished for Christmas,may not be Printer Inks fault but they choose to use Evri, this was my first order and will probably be my last, will need a refund if they don't arrive

I ordered a genuine Epson black printer ink from you and it has still not been delivered The Strawberry ink. Where is it. Why hasn't it been delivered I paid for it online, and have not received it.

the printer does not recognize ink, the error that appears says that they are damaged or cloned, on the website it is specified that they are compatible with my 9025e printer

Nothing really wrong with the prodicts or the service from Printerinks themselves. However they use EVRI which is nothing but an absolute joke. Worst courier company in the UK by a country mile. Sorry Printerinks, I won't be using you again whilst you're associated with EVRI.
