Despite contacting several times by phone, live chats, emails, promise was made by your agent Karim to replace a faulty cartridge since 16th August and you are ignoring my phone calls, live chats and emails sent to you. This is so disappointing and what kind of customer service you are providing. I will wait for a couple more days to receive the cartridge and if I did not receive it by Monday. I will contact my credit card company, Financial Ombudsman Services and The Resolver to help us sort this problem.
These cartridges are expensive, we are retired people and cannot afford to lose our money. I have kept a copy of our chats and email confirmation from Karim promising to replace the cartridge which I can send to these companies.
I would appreciate your help.
