Getting my ink under way, perfect. What I was not aware of was the EVRi. On two occasions I was let down. The first time, message my inks were out for delivery, Saturday, no delivery, people in the house all day. Sorry from EVRi, hope to get it delivered Monday. Usual message on Monday, parcel out for delivery, usual result, not delivered. At the same time I made my order to you, l ordered ink from hp. No false promises as to when it was going to be delivered, it arrived today at 12, Royal Mail. I look forward to using your inks. I am aware it is not your fault. Kindest, Mike

I ordered some ink on 22 November . Your acceptence of my order included the information that delivery would be between 2-3 days. I have only just received the goods this morning 02 December. This represents 10 DAYS. I suggest in future you do not use EVRI. The inks are fine DELIVERY UNACCEPTABLE

Very annoyed to have ordered ink at 30% off prior to Black Friday and then receive emails offering 50% off. This is very poor customer service in my opinion.

My Canon MP270 will not accept the ink. I have tried all that was mentioned in the help leaflet supplied with this ink. Very disappointed.

SECOND HAND products taking a week to deliver and order booked for 2-3 days delivery. I thought I was buying a new HP cartridge. I received a remanufactured (it said on the box) replacement series ink cartridge. I went back on their website and these products are mixed in with HP actual products and individual remanufactured items are displayed as HP305XL with the word compatible that I did not spot, that I ordered with the cartridge having a similar sticker to a new HP product on the website. What arrived after a week (not 2-3 days) was a cartridge in a box with no HP Brand name. The box was labelled INK CARTRIDGE with the word remanufactured in small print above and an item name HIR305XLC, NOT HP305XL the genuine product I thought I had purchased. A junk product in a recycled ink cartridge with none HP ink no doubt. I had been tricked. EVRI, that wonderful delivery firm, messaged me Monday (order made Friday) we have your item for delivery, then after me choosing deliver to a local Post Office Wednesday (I would not be at home Thursday and Friday) I collected it Saturday morning one week and a day after ordering. The P.O. advised it arrived Thursday after 16.00 hrs. Avoid this firm.

I have not received the parcel. I was notified that there was a delay. There has been no attempt to deliver. I have now had notification that the parcel is on its way back to you. I accept this is down to the courier Evri. But you choose to use Evri therefore you get the poor score.

Ordered a set of cartridges on 16/10 - paying 4.99 extra for rapid delivery. They arrived a week later. Hard to give anything other than one star in the cicumstances. Nothing wrong with the (generic) cartridges - they fit my Brother printer and seem to work OK

Ordered 4 canon cartridges. 2 came within 48 hours. 7 days later no sign of the other two. I have telephoned customer care department. They were no help. Gave me no indication as to when the remaining two would arrive. The most annoying thing is that when I ordered there was no mention that they were out of stock of certain items.

I am not happy at the moment. I received a faulty cartridge which I accept can happen. You promised to send a replacement which you have not done. I have phoned and been promised a call back which never happened. I am still waiting for a cartridge so receiving an email asking me to review it is not helpful. I don't know where in the world your call centre is, but they are letting down your company. I have had good service from you for a long time so am very disappointed to be treated like this.

Your website shows the original packaging for inks. I did not relise they were not the original. Also, Evri are not very efficient. I did not request next day delivery but was asked to pay for another delivery as I was not in the next day when they tried to deliver? They delivered at 21.30 the next day

Hi Jean I'm sorry that your experience did not live up to your expectations. However, the compatible cartridges you ordered are pictured without branding or packaging. We do also sell the original HP versions, which are shown with HP packaging, but these are rather more expensive and are not the items you ordered and paid for. If you would prefer to get the original HP cartridges, we can arrange for the compatibles to be returned, just let us know (contactus@printerinks.com or call 020 8181 4010). IMPORTANT: Evri did not request an additional payment - this is a well-known scam designed to take advantage of people expecting a package from them. It's usually a text message, and typically asks for delivery address confirmation as well, so the scammers also get a good chance of getting a billing address to go along with the card details. If you have made any payment for this, you should consider the card to be compromised and contact your card issuer immediately. I am arranging for this response to be emailed to you in case you do not see the information online. THE INKS HAD THE CORRECT NUMBER AS ORDERED BUT DID NOT FIT THE PRINTRER. THEY WERE WERE TOTALLY UNUSEABLE.

Hi Eric, Unfortunately, the PG-540XL/CL-541XL ink cartridges that you ordered are not the right cartridges for your TS5351 printer, which needs the PG-560XL/CL-561XL models. It is important to take care when ordering because many cartridges have similar numbers and shapes - we recommend ordering from the page specific to your printer, where you will find all of the suitable cartridges and nothing else. It appears that you haven't been in touch with our customer service team regarding this issue, so I will ask them to contact you to see what we can do to resolve it. Regards John

I ordered a set of 6 refills Invoice number 22363840 - £59-53 paid by card. I have only received ONE refill GI-590C Where are the rest of the refills?

Hi William, I'm sorry that we weren't able to dispatch your order in one package. One of the items had a stock discrepancy at the main warehouse so we had to ship it from a different facility - it looks as though that arrived first. According to the tracking, the rest of the inks were delivered yesterday. Hi Anthony, it appears that you have ordered the wrong cartridges for your HP Deskjet 3700 printer. I see that you have been in touch with our customer service team, who have arranged a return for refund on these items, and a new order for the correct cartridges, so it looks as though the situation is well on its way to being resolved. Hi, I'm sorry to hear that you experienced this issue. We discovered recently that certain types of emails were causing an email client shutdown for about 10% of the people who were using an older version of the Outlook app. Current versions of the app were unaffected, as was the browser version and all other email clients, so due to the small number of people affected it took us a short while to obtain enough feedback to establish the cause. This has now been fixed, so all emails can be read in all versions of all email clients. Beware ordering from Printerinks by phone - incorrect cartridges were sent to me (I made it v clear what type/size I needed) and although this was a mistake by Printerinks and not by me they will not let me have refund. A costly waste of my time and money.
