Hi, I'm sorry that you didn't receive the black cartridge that you were expecting. This is because you did order and pay for a colour cartridge, so that's what we had to dispatch. In the case of incorrectly ordered items, we are happy to accept returns of any unopened items. Just got back from weekend away. On Friday received a message from courier that parcel delivered along with a photo of it in a bin. The bin is a brown garden waste bin and we dont have one, Checked with neighbours and those bins were emptied by the Council on Saturday. Please replace the order and bill the courier for the cost. I haven't received my order, I've had a card put through my door from DPD saying they tried to deliver. I have no idea if they were delivering my cartridges??? I have a note on my door of a safe place to leave parcels

Hi Julie, I'm sorry that you weren't able to receive this delivery. It looks as though DPD made two attempts to deliver, and that they were not able to use the safe location (this can only be done with packages that fulfil the criteria for leaving safe). It is now on its way back. Our customer service team will contact you today to find out whether we should resend or refund your order. I thought I had ordered original Canon inks but both are compatible inks not originals. I know the packaging of the originals and these are substitutes. I expect you will tell me this is what I ordered but it is not what I thought I was ordering.

Hi, I'm sorry that you didn't receive what you were expecting. However, I can confirm that you ordered and paid for a pack that is pictured and described as "compatible" (original Canon inks have Canon branded packaging in the images, as well as the word "original" in the description). We have a flexible return policy, so if you would like to send them back and re-order Canon original cartridges, we can do this - please contact our customer service team (contactus@printerinks.com / phone 020 8181 4010) who will make the necessary arrangements.

Whilst I am very pleased with the products and your competitive pricing I am hugely disappointed with your delivery partner Evri. They always deliver to the wrong address in fact the last delivery was left on my neighbours bins! I’m not sure if I will place another order with your company as a result of your courier partner.

I bought the ink cartridges and I was led to beleive they were Canon but apparently they are not! So I am trying to return them, but am still waiting for an email confirmation to arrange a return.

Inks ordered over 2 weeks ago and still not arrived. I have called on numerous occasions and asked for a refund and for information regarding the delivery False promises that my concerns escalated to customer care and that they would be in touch I have heard nothing I have asked for refund ( £91) and this has not been actioned Awful service

Hi, I'm very sorry that your order was delayed. I can see that it was placed in the evening of 28th May and dispatched the following morning by our free standard delivery service which usually takes 2-3 working days. Delivery was made after 6 working days (on the day you posted this review), which is not in line with our expectations, and for which we sincerely apologise. I understand that you are frustrated with not receiving an update when you requested a refund the day before you left the review - this is because we were attempting to have the delivery returned, and were awaiting a response from the carrier. Once again, I apologise for the poor experience that you have had with this order, and assure you that your feedback is being used in evaluation of our services.

I ordered printer ink on friday 24 May about midday.I paid the 2.99 quoted on your order form for the 1 to 2 day delivery.Despite phone calls to printerinks i did not get delivery until after 6.00 pm on friday 31 May.On one of the phone calls on wednesday 29 May i was told by the male person i spoke to that you do not do deliveries on saturdays and sunday and monday was holiday and the delivery would be made that day or thursday at latedt.I did not see any notice that you did not do deliveries on the public holidays and in any event you had friday afternoon and tuesday to arrange delivery. I was not impressed by that man,s dismissive attitude and his obvious untruth as the delivery was not made until late on friday. Not at all a satisfied customer.I expect the 2.99 charge to be refunfed

Received a printer ink cartridge for my Canon 5350 printer BUT when I inserted it it was not recognised . I asked what to do? Your complaint system which only allows me to follow up if I am prepared to go to the back of the queue is perfectly ridiculous. I ask whats going on and get bumped to the rear. Thanks

Over the years I have sometimes found that HP printers can spot a cartridge that is not a genuine HP one ans sometimes they do not work. However when I switched to Printerinks the success rate has been very good. However the last cartridge from a batch I bought did not work, only threw up error messages. I informed Printerinks expecting them to send a refund or replacement. They said that the order was over a year (just) and they declined to do so. Poor customer service in my book
