“The inks purchased from you for a brand new hp deskjet 2800e series printer would NOT be recognised by the printer. However, on purchasing new hp inks it worked immediately !. Since then I have been in almost daily touch with Shirley whom either owns / is in partnership or works for your company. As your Inks would not work I requested a Full refund, only to be continuously fob off with a manner of suggestions by Shirley !! So my reflects the fact that I have STILL no received a return. Having been in business over 55 years I have never had such pathetic service. I trust someone will now do the honourable thing without further nonsense . Regards.”

Hi Roy, I believe this review may not have been intended for us. We're Printerinks, the company who delivered your new original HP ink cartridges last week. We haven't heard from you since you placed the order, and we don't have anyone called Shirley (or even with a name that sounds vaguely like that) working for us or on our behalf. I hope you are happy with your purchase from us, although of course if there is any issue please get in touch; if there's a problem, we can fix it faster than "Shirley"! Regards John

“I ordered a cartridge which appeasred tobe compatible with my Canaon Pixma MP280 printer. It was not and there was no refund/ Site has become to complicated since I last bought a cartridge.. Site has become too complicated since I bought my previous cartridge.”

“Absolute rubbish, never in my born days have I ever seen anything like this company. On delivery of cartridges I found they didnt work and are NOT compatable as sugested with my printer. I have been promised replacements but still waiting for delivery. Sorry to say money back please and I will never use you again. STILL WAITNG FOR MY INK< REPONSE AND CONCLUSION”

“I made a mistake in my order and had to return them. I then had an email telling me they were sending the same order again. I explained I had returned the first order and didn’t want another delivery of items I didn’t need. I was then told that they couldn’t trace the first request. Wasting mine and their time. I am still waiting for a refund and acknowledgment that they have the returned items. The Royal Mail has confirmed delivery. So very poor after sales service.”

“trying to return order still awaiting details of label and whom to return for refund, have refused second part of package attempted delivery by parcelforce and advised them of doing that no responses to emails anymore they owe me £177 and at this moment i am considering contacting the CC company as they are liable as well when will they tell me ??? i am still waiting to return these items of three laser colours as they were not delivered next day, not clear on the site it had next day sticker but came too late i had to search out replacement on the saturday seems no options given to me for next day (incl sat) when i raised the order on the 13th of this month and have been trying to return for refund”

“Usually, a great service but after six days I've still to recieve my ink. If I'd known you were using Evri I would not have ordered it. They are without doubt the worst delivery service I've come across. Other companys that use royal mail get it delivered without any problems”

“I am disappointed to say the least. I was promised delivery by Monday the 1st Sept. But now Hermes, printer inks deliverer of choice gas pulled the date and nit promised another delivery date, what in earth is going on????”

“Very poor cartridge. Avoid. Replaced a genuine Canon Black cartridge with a G&G NC-RPG512BK. Cartridge not recognised by printer. Streaky printing, low density blacks. Spent 2 hours cleaning and deep cleaning heads, and attempting to realign print head. Print quality still appalling. Swapped out the G&G for the old Canon cartridge - immediate improvement, no misalignment. Will now buy a genuine Canon cartidge.”

“I ordered and paid for next day delivery on Friday as I was leaving for holiday on Monday. They did not arrive until the following Wednesday whilst I was away. I hope they are there when I return . !!!!”

“I PAID FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY . IT WAS TO BE DELIVERED LAST SATURDAY . IT WAS NOT . IT WAS TO BE DELIVERED ON TUESDAY . IT WAS NOT . IT WAS TO BE DELIVERED TODAY . IT WAS NOT . HOW CAN YOU JUSTIFY SUCH A TERRIBLE SERVICE ? My order is now a week overdue . Evri keep promising next day delivery , but they never deliver . What are you going to do about this ?”
