The inks purchased from you for a brand new hp deskjet 2800e series printer would NOT be recognised by the printer. However, on purchasing new hp inks it worked immediately !. Since then I have been in almost daily touch with Shirley whom either owns / is in partnership or works for your company. As your Inks would not work I requested a Full refund, only to be continuously fob off with a manner of suggestions by Shirley !! So my reflects the fact that I have STILL no received a return. Having been in business over 55 years I have never had such pathetic service. I trust someone will now do the honourable thing without further nonsense . Regards.
