“Delivered to wrong address and then failed to respond to 2 emails. So far the service has been extremely poor. It has been over 2 weeks and still no response.”

“I ordered ink on the 4th May 2024 but did not receive it. I have since contacted you several times but have received no reply from the procurement team. I have asked for my order to be dispatched once again or alternatively issue me a refund.”

“I have now had, (spread over the last two weeks) four (4) requests for a review of my ordered product. Would it be possible for the product to be delivered in order that I can review the product ie; Where's my ink ?”

“I ordered inkjet compatible ink for Epson printer (Cheetah multipack) and my printer does not recognise the cartridges, therefore they are not compatible. I have dealt many times with your company and have had no complaints. I feel very disappointed as I appear to have wasted my money and will have to find cartridges somewhere else. Also I tried phoning this morning and gave up holding on after at least half an hour.”

“I ordered a full set of HP ink cartridges which even though over 15% more than my usual surplier on the basis that they were in stock and next day shipment as required urgently.When received only 2 of the 4 cartridges sent but shipping note said all 4 would be sent. Was advised that national shortage and would receive 7/5/24 they did not arrive was told will arrive 10/5/24 but I would not hold my breath. My original supplier now has them in stock with next day delivery. What a waste of time. I would have been happy to pay the higher price had they arrived as promised.”

“First I didn't receive any email confirmation. Then I didn't receive any response from customer service on chat. Then took 4 days to get back to me on email. Then only received half my order and still haven't received the other half. Very poor service.”

“The ink you sent me DOES NOT allow me to print as the ink does NOT replace the Epson ink I wish you to return the paymennt I sent you.ASAP and I will return the ink you sent me.. I”

“I bought from printerinks - inks for printer. Inks were supposedly on reduced priced clearances. I found rather websites selling this at £100 cheaper. They have a price promise - But getting no response on this. Unfortunate. I hope the printer inks do last...”

“Atrocious; order placed 20 April for 4 HP Toners. One received 23 April. Others not received. Numerous attempts to call support line; generally on hold. Two calls cot through, one to a supervisor, which promised to sort; nothing happened. Have requested £329 refund.”

“This is a truly terrible company. I ordered an extra filled cartridge for an HP and got the normal one whch can be obtainbed for half the rice. I then complained and was given a ticket.No answer for 2 days so compain againto be told the ticket has now gone to the back of the queue and on it has gone. Still no reply. Absolutelu useless.”

“Check with your organisation, I contacted to complain that I was sent the wrong cartridge for my printer. In the event that you manage to find the words I used in my quest to get the correct cartridge, perhaps, just perhaps, you may decide to ensure that I did not waste £44.75. Wouldn't recommend your company at all at any time.”

“I have sent 3 emails to you regarding order no pl-pi124295602 (223339867) and have had no acknowledgement or response. Having installed the ink into my HPENVY 6032E the colours are a miscellany of incorrect colours. My repeated attempts to contact you by telephone result in interminable music and recorded messages. Please respond ASAP. Thank you. Brian o Connor”

“The adverts stated that there was an offer of 'buy two get one free' inks. It did not state clearly that this was only on selected cartridges. I bought two but could find no mention of the third so I assumed that it would come with the parcel. It didn't. I had tried to call the company to discuss this at the time of ordering but after hanging on the phone for 18 minutes I gave up and tried the computer chat line. This was also a waste of time as the computer did not grasp mu question regardless of how I phrased it. The lack of a third free cartridge meant that the prices were the same as Amazon.”
