This is a truly terrible company. I ordered an extra filled cartridge for an HP and got the normal one whch can be obtainbed for half the rice. I then complained and was given a ticket.No answer for 2 days so compain againto be told the ticket has now gone to the back of the queue and on it has gone. Still no reply. Absolutelu useless.
