The adverts stated that there was an offer of 'buy two get one free' inks. It did not state clearly that this was only on selected cartridges. I bought two but could find no mention of the third so I assumed that it would come with the parcel. It didn't. I had tried to call the company to discuss this at the time of ordering but after hanging on the phone for 18 minutes I gave up and tried the computer chat line. This was also a waste of time as the computer did not grasp mu question regardless of how I phrased it. The lack of a third free cartridge meant that the prices were the same as Amazon.
