Impossible to contact you directly. Products unusable. Wrong order numbers and SKU number. No customer services. Will never use Printerinks again.

I ordered from this company because you offered, and I paid for, next day delivery. This is a false advert from you. The product was sent to Evri the next day and delivered by them as next day delivery. In the meantime I obtained cartridges within the hour from Argos. I would NOT use this company again I would NOT recommend this company

I am still waiting for my full order. I was delivered the colour component but the black cartridge was missing . AS I paid 'full whack' for genuine HP and I badly need to print out official documents asap PLEASE PLEASE send the black 305 as ordered immediately..Thanks.

I am sorry to say that I have found the service provided to be totally inadequate I accept that I probably made the error when placing the order but since the initial reporting the issue I have been ignored The initial response, after reporting the error, was to request a photo of the wrong ink cartridges to confirm they had not been opened following which you would advise where to return them to and details regarding the refund (approx £60) Since providing the requested photo I have heard nothing

Confusing website, offers 3FOR2 but doesn't give it. Claims it's only on selected cartridges but doesn't say that! Apart from that gave the usual high quality product and services.

Ordered ink on the 17th April. Despite taking into consideration the Bank Holiday, over a week later I have still not received my order and according to my account it is still processing. Usually, Printerinks are more effiecient so I am disappointed and have requested a cancellation and refund.

On 17th April I ordered a new Epson cartridge for Dropshipment NEXT DAY delivery. It is now 23rd April and it has not arrived. I needed it by today at the latest. So, I wrote to Printerinks on 21st and got the following reply: Thank you for your message, we have created a ticket (409300) which is being reviewed by our support staff. We will get back to you as soon as possible. I still have no cartridge and I've had no further reply from Printerinks. Exceptionally poor service, even if it does finally arrive.

Dud cartridges didn't work. Bought more to replace them while waiting for printer inks to sort that issue, only to be told too long had passed. This is despite my emailing at the time and them taking ages to respond... Very disappointed. Usually issues are resolved fast and to a satisfactory level. Unfortunately, not this time.
