Dud cartridges didn't work.
Bought more to replace them while waiting for printer inks to sort that issue, only to be told too long had passed. This is despite my emailing at the time and them taking ages to respond... Very disappointed. Usually issues are resolved fast and to a satisfactory level. Unfortunately, not this time.
