I am sorry to say that I have found the service provided to be totally inadequate
I accept that I probably made the error when placing the order but since the initial reporting the issue I have been ignored
The initial response, after reporting the error, was to request a photo of the wrong ink cartridges to confirm they had not been opened following which you would advise where to return them to and details regarding the refund (approx £60)
Since providing the requested photo I have heard nothing
