On 17th April I ordered a new Epson cartridge for Dropshipment NEXT DAY delivery. It is now 23rd April and it has not arrived. I needed it by today at the latest. So, I wrote to Printerinks on 21st and got the following reply:
Thank you for your message, we have created a ticket (409300) which is being reviewed by our support staff. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
I still have no cartridge and I've had no further reply from Printerinks. Exceptionally poor service, even if it does finally arrive.
