I ordered an Original Brother cartridge (black), which was delivered next day: EXCELLENT. HOWEVER, this was to replace a "Compatible" Brother cartridge which I had ordered previously from Printerinks, which DIDN'T WORK, despite being assured by printerinks that it would. The Original Brother cartridge works perfectly. I wait to see whether the colour "compatible" cartridges, also previously ordered from Printerinks, work in my printer.If they do not work,I hope I will receive a refund from Printerinks

Unfortunately DPD misdelivered my package of ink on 24june.I located the house involved who now deny they have my delivery.This means I paid £57 on 20 june and as at 8july I have no supply.I have had to drive out to Currys to buy ink in order to do my work.I still have no solution given by printerinks or re supply or refund.Is it worth my continuing my business with this firm??

Previous orders were fast and efficient, but this time immediately I received confirmation there was a problem, using your system I requested a change which did not happen, I then requested a phone call, which did not happen, and next day , took 5 days

On line element was fine delivery is extremely slow still have not received ink ordered last Wednesday

Nothing wrong with the product but we do have a complaint about Evri and delivery. The package was not delivered to us but to the farm next door where it was placed on a table on top of a whole lot of machine parts. The driver had not heeded the sign to our house and it took us some time to contact the owner of the farm to retrieve the item. Zero points for Evri.

Very quickly dispatched and good packaging. Unfortunately no envelope to post off used cartridges to enable used cartrdges to be recycled as per invoice this has happened on previous orders hence 3 stars.

It's re cycled cartridges sometimes the print quality is great sometimes not so good. Seems to have to do a nozzle clean way more often then if you buy genuine new cartridges.

Inks supplied promptly after order, but firm contracted to deliver them (Evri) left them at the wrong address. Luckily a kind neighbour brought them to me.

The 3 black cartridges turned up as ordered. However, I asked for 3x cartridge recycling envelopes, none turned up.

Beware - they use Evri to deliver. Three packages in last week all taken to wrong address and Evri don't care a single bit. Poor review to Printerinks for using Evri. If they use someone else, I'd be delighted - the products are good.

All working fine, thanks. BUT big criticism of the delivery. I didn't get a notification of the delivery and it was left on the doorstep in full view of the street. Given the value of the package, I thought this poor. You need to get a better courrier.

The ink is good. However I find the advertising poor. It promotes offers '3 for 2', but when explore further is only for limited range. On site can only use one discount code at time, even if have £5 off voucher. Shocking that do not have phone number to get assistance. Found email service very poor. Does customer service Albert Knight actually exist? He behaves like a robot, firing out identical messages to different queries. Very poor service
