“I was under the impression that from the day I ordered my inks I would be only waiting 2/3 days for delivery but I didn’t receive it until 8 days later”

“The black cartridge is not concistent with smooth ink and has certain lines that aare hard to read. A bit diappointing. Maybe it will work itself out but after 20 pages this is still not reading well.”

“Yes, your delivery was good. But, I was surprise when I got your message that my delivery address was not clear. If I have gotten it at your first attempt that should have been excellent because I ran out ink in the middle of a job. I had to wait for four days before receiving it. On the whole, I was glad, to receive it from the courier as I was about stepping out for a journey outside London, their should have been nobody to collect it. Thank you very much that I got before my trip.”

“I can't answer about the inks yet.I have a Canon Pixma TS5100. Whe I inserted your black and colour cartridges the printer said 'PRINT HEAD NOT INSTALLED. I have never seen that before with other inks. I don't know what the Print Head is. Please could you tell me wjat it is, and how do I install it,thankyou Keith Willimas”

“Generally happy with the service with my first order with printer inks Date of order to delivery was to long also stated return envelope for used cartridges was not enclosed”

“Communication is appaling. Ordered ink 7th May and it appears there was a shortage however absolutely nothing sent to tell me. Out of the blue part of the order arrives on 16th May. Then again with no notice the last bit arrives on 20th May. Several calls made but at no time were any dates given for delivery. Yes i got what i ordered so i gave a 3 star award but you really need to up your game with communication.”

“I ordered two colour printer inks from you and was expecting a free A 4 paper package The inks were received but not the free package of A4 paper I was expecting .I assumed that this may be delivered separately but it has still not been received”

“Inks received as ordered Unfortunately one cartridge did not work. My printer cannot see the cartridge When I posted it back requesting a replacement the cost of postage was £3.50 This is proportionately very expensive Perhaps you might send me a credit note. All else ok Thanks Paul Faiman”

“Your service package, as always, was really fine but I have marked you down because after ordering, I realized that with your three for two deal, I ended up paying £152. This is a huge increase on the £97 that I paid previously on the same three for two deal. Previous to that, the cost for the same deal was around £60 as far as I can remember. Your increases are excessive and after faithfully dealing with you for years, I shall be seeking another supplier if your prices are not reduced to a more sensible level.”

“Black cartridge I bought was fine. The colour one not so. Sent a message regarding the issue which I’m still waiting for a reply to 4 days later. Don’t answer the phone either - keep you on hold indefinitely. Need to improve after sales service!”

“Ordered compatible black and colour inks for Canon MX475 printer. Only the black cartridge worked, whilst the printer refused to recognise the 541XL colour cartridge. Consequently not the bargain purchase I'd hoped for.”

“I have been very happy with printerinks and have used your company for several years. I do, however' have a bit of a gripe. You often say that there is a certain percentage off but rarely do these offers seem to apply to my order. i believe you would be better and fairer if you offered a smaller percentage deal but it was across the board so that your loyal customers also benefitted”
