Communication is appaling. Ordered ink 7th May and it appears there was a shortage however absolutely nothing sent to tell me. Out of the blue part of the order arrives on 16th May. Then again with no notice the last bit arrives on 20th May. Several calls made but at no time were any dates given for delivery. Yes i got what i ordered so i gave a 3 star award but you really need to up your game with communication.
