Your service package, as always, was really fine but I have marked you down because after ordering, I realized that with your three for two deal, I ended up paying £152. This is a huge increase on the £97 that I paid previously on the same three for two deal. Previous to that, the cost for the same deal was around £60 as far as I can remember. Your increases are excessive and after faithfully dealing with you for years, I shall be seeking another supplier if your prices are not reduced to a more sensible level.
