“Ink cartridges that I ordered arrived very quickly. however the maintenace box is to follow with no details of a dispatch date ( not informed that it was OOS when I placed the order).”

Dear Rachel, Thank you very much for your feedback, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with your order. I would like to inform you that your inks and the maintenance box were dispatched separately on the same day due to a shipping issue. The delivery company attempted to deliver the maintenance box within 24 hours of your order placement; however, they unfortunately missed you. They made another attempt on the 17th, but, regrettably, that was unsuccessful as well. When you reached out to us, we promptly informed you of the situation and arranged for a re-dispatch of the maintenance box. We also provided you with the tracking information as proof of the previous delivery attempts for the maintenance box. I hope this clarifies the situation, and I truly appreciate your understanding as we worked to resolve this issue. Thank you once again for your patience!

“Prints OK - BUT the removal of the internal protection tape was extremely difficult to pull out.... and the fact it requires removal is not mentioned in the accompanied instruction leaflet. The cartridge will not work without removal of this protection tape - some people may not know that is necessary, so not great”

“When I opened the package I had my doubts about the "Strawberrry" replacements due to the apparent size of the holder but the ink is working fine. I would point out that your grammar is not correct in asking for a reply to how "quick" the company replied to a query ?? In English this should be "Quickly" ...”

“Having placed my order on a very good offer, sadly the follow up was a little disappointing. Part of my order was sent and I had to enquire as to why I didn’t get my full order. Then waiting another two weeks to get it completed not the best service level I have ever had since without the full set my printer was out of action for the same time span. However my order is now complete after a long wait.”

“From order to receipt took nearly 7 days, which in today's home delivery service is pretty poor. Even on delivery day Evri was 4:hours late. Not impressed.”

“Misleading ad on its website promising 50% reduction on all forms of ink. In reality, the 50% off applied only to inkjet inks, laser toner was 30%. Rectification specifying the various categories was sent , after purchase!. No apologies. No compensation. I am giving only three stars because of the misleadin ad and its consequences. The toner, ordered on Saturday, still turned up super quickly on Monday morning. And in the past the toner turned out to do an excellent job. So fingers crossed that this misleading advertisement was just an incident.”
