“Received Ink cartridges however did not supply free recycling bag with cartridges.”

“I though they were HP but they were copies. My HP Printer kept giving me an error message and would not accept them at first, but one of the black cartriges allowed me to use it eventually. Stressfull experience as I bought them for a particular job. I will update this review as I proceed using the 3 cartridges. Sue”

“I have just fitted one of the two Magenta ink cartridges I had from you. I am not happy with the results. I enclose a scan of the orginal Eletrical report and a scan of how it came out. Alan”

“Order of and product itself were fine but delivery firm were absolute rubbish, they delivered the parcel to the wrong unit {address} on the industrial estate where I asked for it to be delivered. It is fortunate that the occupier of the unit it was misdelivered to know where I was.”

Hi Graham I am sorry that you are disappointed with the delivery service. The free delivery option that you selected at checkout usually takes 2-3 days, and your order tracking shows delivery in 2 days. We do offer an upgrade to a next-day service, but this would have to be selected before completing the order. Please accept my apologies if this was not clear during the checkout process. “Have used printerinks for ,any years but feel prices have become extremely high recently even after offers. Also last time search engine would not deliver the toner I needed for my printer. Had to use chat line to get a link to right cartridge.”

“Disappointingly slow. Ordered on Monday 8pm, but not dispatched until Thursday (website says it should have been Wednesday). Then not delivered until Saturday.”

“There was a problem whilst trying to order online and it looked like the order hadn't gone through (blue circle of death on the screen for many minutes). I had to start again and then got charged twice! However they did sort it out for me when I phoned them though It took a few days to refund the money. I also was entitles to a free gift which I clicked on to add to my basket (a ream of paper) but never received. Not altogther happy.”

“whilst we use priner ink and will continue to do so, we feel that you let yourselvers down on our last order. Having placed our last order,after several days of waiting, we enquired wher our order was and was informed the following day that it had been delivered four hpurs before we had ordered it. having adised your people of this we were told that they would have to speak to procurement. We waited a further couple od days and not received any information, we contacted onre of your workforce (albert) who sorted the mess out and the inks were delivered the following day. Thank you Albert for going the extra mile, othrewise i fear we may have stil been awaiting our inks.”

“For the first time I thought the website was not good to purchase from. Too many stops and starts/redo. Discount card £5 you sent "FRIEND5" noted as odering then dissapeared at payment time but gave another higher figure. Tried several times to order but to no avail. called early next working day and ordered verbally but discount was different again. There was no point in discussing with your staff member.”

“Printer Inks are delivered by Evri who just leave parcels by or in the bin. Evri are hit and run - they do not knock on the door to deliver. I have notified Printer Inks of this problem as they expect their customers to receive their orders safely. I also contacted Evri CEO. Evri should leave parcel with a neighbour if no-one home taking a photo as proof in case delivery disputed. They do not attempt to deliver they just drop the parcel off without knocking.”

“My purchase was made on Sat 29th June but it has still not arrived. Evri emailed to sat they had the parcel on 1st July but no sign of it here yet.”
