For the first time I thought the website was not good to purchase from. Too many stops and starts/redo. Discount card £5 you sent "FRIEND5" noted as odering then dissapeared at payment time but gave another higher figure. Tried several times to order but to no avail.
called early next working day and ordered verbally but discount was different again. There was no point in discussing with your staff member.
