whilst we use priner ink and will continue to do so, we feel that you let yourselvers down on our last order. Having placed our last order,after several days of waiting, we enquired wher our order was and was informed the following day that it had been delivered four hpurs before we had ordered it. having adised your people of this we were told that they would have to speak to procurement. We waited a further couple od days and not received any information, we contacted onre of your workforce (albert) who sorted the mess out and the inks were delivered the following day. Thank you Albert for going the extra mile, othrewise i fear we may have stil been awaiting our inks.
