There was a problem whilst trying to order online and it looked like the order hadn't gone through (blue circle of death on the screen for many minutes). I had to start again and then got charged twice! However they did sort it out for me when I phoned them though It took a few days to refund the money. I also was entitles to a free gift which I clicked on to add to my basket (a ream of paper) but never received. Not altogther happy.
