“Re-manufactured cartridges always work well. However, in the past they were delivered by Royal Mail. Now they are delivered by courier, which means an additional unnecessary vehicle journey by the courier, when the postman is delivering here anyway. This is not a very environmentally sound practice and I hope that Printerinks will revert to deliveries by Royal Mail.”

“Printer inks service is fine. Free return bag is an excellent idea. Evri couriers however are very underwhelming. Item left on path out doors. They could have knocked on the door, left under cover in porch. Could actually have posted through letter box. It was only two cartridges in a jiffy bag after all. I only realised it had arrived when I checked my emails later and went looking for the package. Evri may be cheap for you to use, but I'd not use them out of choice”

“The ink cartridges are good quality. The paper delivery was not the best due to the packaging/ delivery service used. The parcel was damaged on arrival.”

“I ordered 3 packs of Brother compatable XL sets, geat price with the 3 for 2 offer. Whilst what i have received is equivalent I have been sent 3 individual black and 3 individual Magenta cartridges in one pack and the following day individual cyan and, with a different brand, yellow cartridges. I am not entirely happy with this, I have no experience of the 'yellow' cartridge manufacturer. I would have preferred to be notified and given a choice, i would have waited until the sets of cartridges supplied in Printerinks packaging were available.”

“I am a bit concerned that the cartridges are not that compatible to my printer as they keep telling me to change them when it shows that they are still half full. The service is quick and reliable but that's no good if the cartridges are not good.”
